Serverless order-processing automation
I designed and built a low-cost serverless integration layer that connected systems from different providers and automated the manual order-processing steps between them, removing errors and cutting running costs.

Behavioural assessment platform
I built the platform end to end: a web app that turns observed behaviours into structured portraits of need and matches them to evidence-based support strategies that staff can share and track. Cloud-native, lean and cheap to run. Used by 50+ schools across the UK and UAE.
Spun out as a standalone business with its own team.
Greenfield SaaS platform, concept to production
Technical lead on a greenfield product for two founders. I designed the architecture and built the platform: event-driven workflows tying billing, telephony, video sessions, customer communications and support into one reliable system, plus an LLM pipeline that turns recorded sessions into written step-by-step recaps. I own the platform in production and work alongside the in-house team as it scales.
Live in production. Ongoing technical-lead role.
Microsoft 365 ingestion pipeline
I designed and shipped a scheduled ingestion module that pulls customer documents out of their Microsoft 365 environments, across organisational boundaries, and feeds the platform's knowledge base. The core of the work was the security layer: authenticating across tenants and honouring each customer's own permissions so the platform only ever sees what it has been granted.
Shipped to production at enterprise compliance standards.

A lightweight, low-cost bespoke payments app I built for a local business.
CV-to-job matching system
A recruitment matching tool I built using LLMs, embeddings and vector search to shortlist candidates against roles, cutting the time spent on manual screening.

Online-safety platform for secondary schools
An online-safety platform for secondary schools, built around short interactive lessons on risks including scams, privacy, AI and deepfakes. Built and run through Solid Code Solutions.
